Express Entry

Express Entry is Canada's main federal immigration system for skilled workers. It manages three programs: Federal Skilled Worker, Canadian Experience Class, and Federal Skilled Trades. Candidates are ranked using the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) and top-ranked candidates receive invitations to apply.

Eligibility

  • At least 1 year of continuous skilled work experience
  • Language proficiency in English and/or French (CLB 7+)
  • Post-secondary education (ECA required for foreign credentials)
  • Meet the minimum CRS score for current draw rounds
  • No criminal record or security concerns
  • Pass medical examination
